Jenkins, 44, of N. Quincy St., Green Bay, WI, and Bria G. Thom, 24, of 15th Avenue, Minneapolis, Minn., are each charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree, after they were found riding on the top of a CSX rail car and then remained on the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both Jenkins and Thom were transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. Both will appear in Batavia Town Court on July 22, 2025 at 3:00p.m. for arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mary L. Seekins, 35, of Lincoln Ave., Le Roy, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI: operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .18% or more, DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and operator leaving the scene of a property damage accident, following the investigation of a property damage accident on West Bergen Road in the Town of Bergen on June 8, 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputies say Seekins allegedly drove off the road and struck several trees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seekins was released on traffic tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on July 2, 2025 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alex P. Brasky, 34, of Clifton Ave., Batavia, NY, is charged with felony DWI\/Previous conviction within 10 years, after deputies responded to Batavia Downs to assist security with a suspicious condition on June 14, 2025 at 1:27a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After an investigation, deputies alleged that Brasky was intoxicated by alcohol, and it was unsafe for him to drive a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brasky was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was held for CAP Court arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James R. Kosiorek, 32, of Bloomingdale Road, Basom, NY, is charged with petit larceny and harassment 2nd degree following a domestic incident on June 11, 2025 in the Village of Oakfield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kosiorek allegedly shoved the victim and left the residence with the victim&#8217;s cell phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kosiorek was held at the Genesee County Jail for arraignment in CAP Court at 9:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Michael J.
