Wik was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.<\/p>\n<p>On October 15, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office charged Tina Ricard, 62, of Lyndonville, with trespass. Ricard was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.<\/p>\n<p>On October 15, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office charged Linda Swaney, 65, of Rochester, with trespass and harassment 2nd-physical contact. Swaney was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.<\/p>\n<p>On October 17, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office charged Richard Fidanza, 42, of Medina, with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th.
