Daryl A. Leach, 44, no address provided, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and torturing or injuring animals in an April 20, 2025 incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sheriff’s Investigators say leach allegedly forcibly touched a juvenile under the age of 17 and allegedly cruelly beat and unjustifiably injured an animal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leach was arrested on June 9, 2025, and was held at the Genesee County Jail for a CAP Court arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chad M. Johnson, 39, of Hutchins Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree\/while confined to a correctional facility, after a complaint at the Genesee County Jail on June 15, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Johnson was arraigned in CAP Court on June 16th, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David R. Elliott, 35, of S. Lake Road, Pavilion, NY, is charged with reckless endangerment 1st degree, endangering the welfare of a child, no seat belt, reckless driving and moving from a lane unsafely, following an investigation into a motor vehicle collision that previously occurred on May 29, 2025 in the Town of Bethany.<\/p>\n\n\n

Deputies say Elliott was operating a motor vehicle recklessly with an underage passenger. The investigation found that Elliott’s alleged reckless operation resulted in damage to multiple motor vehicles and caused several instances of property damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both Elliott and the juvenile passenger were transported to the hospital for further medical evaluation by Mercy EMS after the accident on May 29th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elliott was arrested on June 16, 2025 and transported to the Genesee County jail and held for a CAP Court arraignment on June 17, 2025 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
