While on patrol on Oakta Road in the Town of Perry on October 24, 2018, Deputy Previty performed a traffic stop on a vehicle for failing to keep right.<\/p>\n
The operator was identified as Karissa K Sardina, 35, of Perry.<\/p>\n
Further investigation showed that Sardina was allegedly driving while intoxicated. She was placed under arrest for DWI and transported to the NYS Police barracks in Warsaw for a breath test.<\/p>\n
Sardina was issued the following uniform traffic tickets-
\n– Failure to Keep Right<\/p>\n
– Consumption\/Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle<\/p>\n
– DWI<\/p>\n
– Driving with a BAC of .08% or more.<\/p>\n
