NOTICE OF MEETING
(Issued June 13, 2025)
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the New York State Board on
Electric Generation Siting and the Environment will convene at
2:00 p.m. on July 1, 2025, in Meeting Room 1 on the Concourse
level of the Empire State Plaza in Albany, New York, and in the
4th Floor Board Room of the Department of Public Service’ s New
York City office, located at 90 Church Street in New York, New
York. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition for
a certificate amendment, filed on May 5, 2025, in this
proceeding. To review the petition and related documents,
please go to www.dps.nv.qov, click on “File Search” (located
under the heading “Commission Files”), and enter in
the “Search by Case Number” field.
The meeting will be webcast live on the internet. The
webcast is for viewing and listening purposes only and may be
accessed by going to https:\/\/dps.ny.qov\/siting\u2014board\u2014meetinqs.
An agenda will be posted prior to the meeting.
