David J. Somerton, 36, of Kelsey Rd., Batavia, is charged with five counts of disseminating indecent material to a minor, a felony, after an investigation into an offense that occurred in the Town of Batavia on Kelsey road on October 13, 2018.<\/p>\n

Additional charges are pending.<\/p>\n

Somerton was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on October 31, 2018.<\/p>\n

The Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division was assisted by the FBI\/Buffalo field office.<\/p>\n
