Jeffrey Radley, 34, of Clinton St. Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, after a complaint of a car vs deer motor vehicle accident on Mill Road in the Town of Stafford on June 28, 2025 at 12:22a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upon arrival, deputies conducted interviews based on the damage to the vehicle not aligning with the information provided. After further investigation, Radley was taken into custody and charged with DWI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He appeared in CAP Court on June 28, 2025 at 9:00a.m. and was released on universal traffic tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
