On 6\/25\/2025, Francis A. Coombs, 58, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Menacing 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree. It\u2019s alleged that Coombs threatened another person with a knife during an altercation on East Main Street. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court. <\/p>\n\n\n

On 6\/27\/2025, Kevin Q. Thomas, 62, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Burglary 3rd degree and Petit Larceny. Thomas allegedly entered the YMCA, after previously being trespassed, and stole property. Thomas was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for Failure to Report Change of Address as a Sex Offender. He was arraigned in CAP Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 7\/2\/2025, Govher Hemrayeva, 30, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Trespass. It\u2019s alleged that Hemrayeva refused to leave a residence on Allanview Drive. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 7\/1\/2025, Jacob J. Frayne, 27, of Darien, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant. The warrant stems from a traffic stop in June where Frayne was issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 6\/29\/2025, Nicholas A. Cinquino III, 42, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Cinquino was charged following a traffic stop on Harvester Avenue. He was issued several traffic tickets and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 6\/26\/2025, Jordan M. Conyer, 40, of Rochester, NY, was arrested on a warrant. The warrant stems from a traffic stop in April when he was issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 6\/27\/2025, Glen H. Quintern, 66, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree and numerous traffic violations. It\u2019s alleged that Quintern fled from police on an e-bike when they attempted to stop him for a traffic violation. He was issued several traffic tickets and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 6\/27\/2025, Anthony G. Cicoria, 56, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Public Lewdness. It\u2019s alleged that Cicoria exposed himself on West Main Street. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 6\/27\/2025, Zachary R. Eichenberger, 40, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a warrant. The warrant stems from an incident when Eichenberger allegedly stole merchandise from Aldi. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 6\/26\/2025, Carl T. Amesbury, 32, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a warrant. Amesbury was initially charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence following a traffic stop on West Main Street in June. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. The warrant was issued, when he failed to appear in court. Amesbury was arraigned in Batavia City Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 7\/1\/2025, Tiffany A.M. Kent, 36, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Kent was charged following an investigation into an incident on 6\/3\/2025, when Kent\u2019s daughter fell from a second story window while under Kent\u2019s supervision. Kent was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 6\/28\/2025, Alisha M. Evans, 32, of Albion, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. Evans was allegedly found in possession of narcotics during a traffic stop on West Main Street on 2\/5\/2025. Evans was arraigned in CAP Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 6\/26\/2025, Shandell M. Lissow, 37, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from an incident on 6\/19\/2025 where Lissow allegedly stole merchandise from Kwik Fill. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 7\/8\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 6\/28\/2025, Jeanna M. Hattaway, 38, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. Hattaway allegedly stole a computer from Marchese Computer. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 7\/8\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
