Alexander, 64, of Oak St., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree following an investigation into an incident that occurred on June 20th, 2025, at 6:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alexander allegedly was in possession of a of a controlled substance during a traffic stop in the Town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alexander was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on July 22, 2025 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On July 5, 2025, Alexander was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a narcotic drug\/over 1\/8th of an ounce, a class C felony, after an incident on Shady Lane in the Town of Batavia at 8:20p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alexander was allegedly in possession of over 8 grams of cocaine with intent to sell it when he was arrested on unrelated charges. He was held at the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment on 7\/6\/25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cassidy A. Underhill, 21, of Walnut Street, Everett, WA, was charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely, after a motor vehicle accident Main Road in Stafford on July 5, 2025 at 1:14a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Underhill was released on universal traffic tickets and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on July 17, 2025 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sherry L. Amidon, 40, of Newcastle Road, Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of controlled substance 7th degree, following a traffic stop by Genesee County Sheriff&#8217;s deputies on July 4, 2025 at 12:27a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amidon was allegedly in possession of cocaine and was issued an appearance ticket. She was held at the Genesee County Jail on an unrelated warrant for her arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amidon is scheduled to appear at Batavia City Court on July 15, 2025 at 1:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Harold J.
