Sinatra, Jr. to possession of child pornography involving prepubescent minors, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assistant U.S. Attorney Charles M. Kruly, who is handling the case, stated that in July 2020, Stack possessed a cellular phone, which contained more than 4,000 images and videos of child pornography. The child pornography included prepubescent minors less than 12-years-old and images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. In addition, Stack possessed a laptop, which contained more than 9,000 images and videos of child pornography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The plea is the result of an investigation by the New York State Police, under the direction of Major Amie Feroleto, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, under the direction of Acting Special Agent-in-Charge Mark Grimm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sentencing is scheduled for November 7, 2025, before Judge Sinatra.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Press release BUFFALO, N.Y.-U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that&nbsp;Kyle Stack, 39, of Medina, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge John L.
