Taft, 51, of Alexander Rd., Attica, NY, is charged with obstructing governmental administration, criminal impersonation, aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed driver and speeding, along with other traffic violations, after a traffic stop on Alexander Road in Batavia on July 10, 2025 at 1:36a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the traffic stop, Taft is accused of identifying himself as another person to law enforcement and then fled the scene on foot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Taft was processed at the Genesee County jail and was held for CAP Court at 7:00p.m. the same day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John P. Patterson, 50, of Danbury Dr., Cheektowaga, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI: PER SE-BAC of .18% or more\/no priors, DWI, operator leaving the scene of a property damage accident, traffic device violation: failing to obey a traffic signal ahead, after a property damage accident in the Town of Darien on Broadway Road on June 30, 2025 at 5:57p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Patterson was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and will appear in Darien Town Court on July 22, 2025 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zachary J. Pernick, 27, of Paradise Lane, Tonawanda, NY, is charged with DWI\/1st offense, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely, following a traffic stop on Alexander Road in Alexander, NY on July 12, 2025 at 11:34a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pernick was issued uniform traffic tickets on all charges and was released. He will appear in Alexander Town Court on July 29, 2025 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jason Ma, 26, of Rutgers St., NY, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more\/1st offense, DWI\/1st offense, traffic device violation\/passing a red light and stop\/stand\/park violation on a highway, after a traffic stop on Oak Street for traffic violations on July 13, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After an investigation, deputies say Ma was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol and it was unsafe for him to drive and operate a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ma was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He was released and will appear in City of Batavia Court on July 29, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reice M. Woodward, 26, of Lockport Rd., Oakfield, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree after allegedly attempting to push a person back into a car and in the process, caused physical contact to occur on July 7, 2025, at 8:15p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Woodward was transported to the Genesee County Jail, where he was held pending a CAP Court arraignment on July 8, 2025, at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenday L. Henry, 40, homeless, is charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and trespass, following an investigation at 8276 Park Road in Batavia, NY on July 12, 2025 at 9:42a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Henry was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Henry will appear in Batavia Town Court on July 22, 2025 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
