Upon arrival, patrols identified the operator of the vehicle as Justin J. Blasko, age 36, of Akron N.Y. Blasko was the operator and sole occupant of a black 1998 BMW 4 door sedan traveling eastbound on Road.
A preliminary investigation indicates that Blasko was traveling eastbound, when he attempted to passed another vehicle also traveling eastbound. Blasko lost control of the vehicle and exited the north shoulder of the roadway, ultimately striking a tree before coming to rest on the vehicle’s roof. Blasko was pronounced at the scene by the Genesee County Coroner’s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
