On July 18, 2025. Marcos A. Torres, 43, of Bank Street, Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Reckless Endangerment 1st Degree (4 Counts), a class D felony, Unlawful Fleeing of a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle, a class A misdemeanor, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd Degree, a class A misdemeanor, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3d Degree, an unclassified misdemeanor, Reckless Driving (2 Counts), an unclassified misdemeanor and various traffic violations after failing to comply with a traffic stop on East Saile Drive at 6:20p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is alleged that Torres led Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies and Batavia Police Officers on a high-speed, reckless pursuit through the City of Batavia and Genesee County, resulting in a motor vehicle collision in the Town of Bethany. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Torres fled on foot into the woods but was successfully apprehended with the assistance of K9 Rayzor.
Torres was held at the Genesee County Jail pending CAP Court Arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Juan Rivera Ocasio, 64, of Village Rd., Grassburg, PA, is charged with Burglary 2nd degree, Harassment of Rent Regulated Tenant 1st degree, Assault 3rd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, after allegedly forcing his way into a tenant’s residence where a physical altercation ensued resulting in physical injury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The incident occurred on Hundredmark Road in Elba on July 16, 2025 at 3:15p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rivera Ocasio was held pending a CAP Court arraignment at the Genesee County Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 17, 2025, Edward J. Sesko Jr., 50, homeless, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree after allegedly being found to be in possession of a stolen children’s bicycle on Clinton Street Road in Bergen.

Sesko was issued a ticket and is scheduled to appear at the Bergen Town Court on July 23, 2025 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 19th, 2025, at about 9:47p.m., Martin B. Mann, 32, of East Amherst, NY, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Exposure of a Person. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is alleged that Mann exposed his private parts in front of a minor by way of urination in a place on Alleghany Road in Darien. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mann is due to appear in the Town of Darien Court on August 21, 2025, at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 20, 2025, Warren T. Cotton, 48, homeless, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a
Controlled Substance 7th degree after an incident on East Main Street in Batavia at 7:20p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is is alleged that Cotton was unlawfully in possession of methamphetamine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cotton is scheduled to appear at the Batavia City Court on July 29, 2025 at 1:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
