On October 23, 2018, the Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office charged Martin Kelley, 47, of Kendall, with criminal contempt 2nd. He was arraigned in the Town of Kendall Court and remanded to the Jail on $100 cash or $500 bond bail. He is scheduled to returned to the Town of Kendall Court at a later date.<\/p>\n
