The incident occurred on November 5, 2018 on Main street in Oakfield at 2:58a.m.<\/p>\n
Williams was arraigned in Oakfield Town Court by Judge Baker.<\/p>\n
He was jailed in lieu pf $2,500 cash bail and $5,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n
