ANDRE R. ROBINSON, AGE 30, OF 14 MARPLE LANE UNIT 14, HILTON, N.Y. HE WAS CHARGED WITH:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE FIRST DEGREE, AN A I FELONY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AN ARREST WAS ALSO MADE RELATED TO THIS CASE BY THE ALBION POLICE DEPARTMENT ON JULY 21ST, 2025. THE ALBION POLICE STOPPED A VEHICLE INVOLVED IN THE ABOVE INVESTIGATION, AS A RESULT, ALBION POLICE OBTAINED A SEARCH WARRANT FOR THE VEHICLE. ON JULY 22ND, ALBION POLICE AND TASK FORCE MEMBERS EXUCUTED THE SEARCH WARRANT ON A 2008 NISSAN ALTIMA, POLICE SEIZED OVER TWO OUNCES OF CRACK COCAINE AND NUMEROUS PLASTIC VIALS USED TO PACKAGE COCAINE.<\/p>\n\n\n

2 COUNTS OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE. (B FELONIES).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANDRE R. ROBINSON WAS ARRAIGNED IN MONROE COUNTY CAP COURT AND WAS COMMITTED TO THE MONROE COUNTY JAIL WITHOUT BAIL DUE TO THE AI FELONY CHARGE AND HIS PREVIOUS CRIMINAL HISTORY HAVING 3 PRIOR FELONY CONVICTIONS, 2 BEING VIOLENT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ON AUGUST 1, 2025, ANDRE R. ROBINSON WAS SENTENCED IN ORLEANS COUNTY COURT, FOR A DRUG CHARGE STEMMING FROM AN ARREST BY THE ORLEANS COUNTY MAJOR FELONY CRIME TASK FORCE BACK ON AUGUST 20TH, 2024, WHERE HE WAS THE SUBJECT OF A SEARCH WARRANT EXECUTION IN THE VILLAGE OF ALBION, N.Y. ROBINSON WAS SENTENCE BY THE HON. SANFORD CHURCH AND WAS SENTENCE TO 4 \u00bd YEARS IN STATE PRISON, THE MAX UNDER THE INITIAL PLEA AGREEMENT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALSO ASSISTING IN THE INVESTIGATION WAS THE MONROE COUNTY SHERIFF\u2019S OFFICE, G.R.A.N.E.T., THE ALBION POLICE DEPT. K9 AND THE HOLLEY POLICE DEPT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
