On November 2, 2018, a Lancaster man was arrested on a warrant following the investigation of a loan fraud from a resident in the Town of Bennington.<\/p>\n

William E. Fullagar Jr., 39, of Lancaster, N.Y., was charged with grand larceny 3rd following an investigation.<\/p>\n

Fullagar Jr. was arraigned in the Town of Bennington before Justice Brandon and was committed to jail on $500 bail. Fullagar Jr. is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bennington Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Kyle T. Burger, 28, of\u00a0 Perry, was arrested following a traffic stop on Lamb Road in the Town of Covington on November 2, 2018. Burger was the passenger in a vehicle which was stopped for a traffic infraction, and during the course of the traffic stop Burger was found to possess a bag containing marijuana.<\/p>\n

Burger is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Covington Court on December 3, 2018.<\/p>\n
