Schaner, 22, of Angola, NY, is charged with assault 3rd degree and endangering the welfare of a child after an incident at 9993 Alleghany Road, Darien Lake Theme Park, on June 28, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schaner was arrested on August 6th, 2025, after allegedly being involved in an altercation with a person under 17 years of age, and allegedly striking that person more than once in their facial area on June 28th, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schaner was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on August 21, 2025 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vincenne E. Mendrysa, 68, of Batavia, NY, is charged with menacing 2nd degree and criminal contempt 1st degree\/violating an order of protection\/physical menace, after allegedly menacing a male victim with a pocket knife, which violated a refrain from order of protection on August 7th, 2025, at 12:50a.m. on West Main Street Road in Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mendrysa was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was held pending a CAP Court arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maria S. Rasmussen, 30, of Geneseo, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree after allegedly pushing a security guard in the face with both hands at 9993 Alleghany Road, Six Flags Darien Lake, on August 2, 2025, at 10:27p.m. in the parking lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rasmussen was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on August 12, 2025 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Devin M. Cox, 25, of Albion, NY, is charged with petit larceny and conspiracy 5th degree, after allegedly stealing items from 4133 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive, Walmart on July 29, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On August 4, 2025, Cox was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cox will appear in Batavia Town Court on August 26, 2025 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ariana R. Aguirre, 18, of Albion, NY, is charged with petit larceny and conspiracy 6th degree, after allegedly stealing merchandise from Walmart, 4133 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive, on July 28, 2025 with another person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aguirre was arrested on August 4, 2025, and was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aguirre is to appear in Batavia Town Court on August 26, 2025 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nathaniel R. Davis, 30, of Batavia, NY, is charged with 1744 counts of criminal contempt 2nd degree, after allegedly making phone calls to the protected party of a stay away order of protection while incarcerated at the Genesee County Jail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Davis is being held at the Genesee County Jail pending arraignment on August 7, 2025 in Genesee County CAP Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James R. Kosiorek, 32, of Alabama, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree following an investigation into a violation of a court order on August 3, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kosiorek allegedly violated the order of protection by calling the protected party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kosiorek was held at the Genesee County Jail where his is currently an inmate. He is due to appear in Genesee County CAP Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dyllon C. Hare, 24, of Warsaw, NY, was charged with criminal trespass 3rd degree on August 1, 2025, after allegedly entering the Darien Lake Live Nation Amphitheater after previously being ejected from the venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hare was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was issued an appearance ticket.
