An Attica woman is facing felony charges for welfare fraud after not reporting all household income to the Department of Social Services.<\/p>\n

Rebecca Reding, 38, was charged by the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office and the Department of Social Services on February 9, 2017 with welfare fraud 3rd<\/sup>, a felony, and offering a false instrument to file 1st<\/sup>, a felony.<\/p>\n

After an investigation showed she failed to report rental income from a property that she owned, therefor receiving benefits totaling $5,215.65 during the months of March of 2013-March of 2014 that she was not entitled to.<\/p>\n

Reding will return to the Town of Warsaw Court later this month.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
