Estabrook allegedly damaged a Tesla vehicle by carving the word “Nazi” into the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Estabrook was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Darien Town Court on August 12, 2025 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Timothy J. Pryor, 49, of East Syracuse, NY, is charged with three counts of aggravated DWI while a child was in the vehicle\/age 15 or younger, DWI, and aggravated DWI\/PER SE with a BAC of .18% or more, on August 8, 2025 at 9993 Alleghany Road in Darien, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to deputies, while Pryor was at the Six Flags Darien Lake Campground in the Town of Darien, he was taken into custody after an investigation into a personal injury accident. Pryor was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was scheduled to appear in Genesee County CAP Court on August 9th, 2025 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Juan Manuel Rivera-Cruz, 47, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, and operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, after a traffic stop for traffic violations on Webber Avenue in Oakfield, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After an investigation, it is alleged that Rivera-Cruz was intoxicated by alcohol, and it was unsafe for him to operate a motor vehicle due to intoxication. A search of his person allegedly uncovered a quantity of suspected cocaine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rivera-Cruz was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with an appearance ticket. He will appear in Oakfield Town Court on September 1, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daniel H. Mooney, 39, homeless, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, following an investigation of a check the welfare complaint on Lewiston Road, of a male screaming in the area of the Batavia Oakfield Self Storage Units on August 12, 2025, at 9:17p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deputies say Mooney was allegedly found to be in possession of controlled substances. He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on September 23, 2025, at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michael D. Owens, 34, of Lancaster, NY, is charged with DWI, and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, on August 10, 2025 at 1:05a.m. on Alleghany Road in Darien, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Owens was scheduled to appear in Darien Town Court on August 19, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christopher M. Walton, 43, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree after allegedly violating a court order on August 18, 2025 at 8:04a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Walton was arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court and released. He will appear in Batavia Town Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On August 7, 2025, at approximately 6:53pm Austin V. Smithers, 24, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass in the 3rd degree. It is alleged that Smithers entered the Thomas Rhett concert at Darien Lake after having already been kicked out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Smithers was brought to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket. Smithers was scheduled to return to Town of Darien Court on August 19, 2025, at 04:00pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
