(CLASS E FELONY).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BOTH AQEEL GOBAH AND RAHEEB ALMAISARI WERE TAKEN TO THE ORLEANS COUNTY JAIL FOR PROCESSING AND ISSUED APPEARANCE TICKETS RETURNABLE TO RIDGEWAY COURT ON SEPT. 8, 20025 AT 9:00 A.M.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AQEEL GOBAH AMD RAHEEB ALMAISARI WERE OPERATING THE MEDINA SMOKE SHOP LOCATED AT 335 NORTH MAIN ST. IN THE VILLAGE OF MEDINA, AS A RESULT OF THE ITEMS SEIZED, THE NEW YORK STATE OFFICE OF CANNABIS MANAGEMENT CLOSED THE STORE FOR SELLING AND POSSESSION UNAUTHORIZED CANNABIS PRODUCTS. THESE ILLICIT CANNABIS PRODUCTS CAN POSE A THREAT TO PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY DUE TO NOT BEING TESTED OR APPROVED BY THE NEW YORK STATE OFFICE OF CANNABIS MANAGEMENT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ASSISTING IN THE INVESTIGATION WAS THE ORLEANS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY SUSAN M.
