She is due back in court on December 17, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rick A. Drury, 21, of Judge Rd., Alabama, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely following an investigation of a vehicle off the roadway on Ford Road in the Town of Elba on November 10, 2018 at 3:55a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Drury was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Elba Town Court on December 19, 2018 at 7:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Craig H. Sleeman, 38, of Victor, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more\/no priors, unsafe turn\/failure to signal, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely after a traffic stop on Main street road in the Town of Batavia on November 11, 2018 at 1:48a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Sleeman is due to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 28, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Susan M.
