As a result of the warrant execution, the following people were located and charged:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rick A. Drury<\/strong> (age 63) of Batavia was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of Control Substance 3rd\u2014B &#8211; Felony, and Criminal Nuisance 1st \u2014 E-Felony.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dustin M. Castner<\/strong> (age 32) of Albion, was charged with Falsifying Business Records 1st Degree\u2014E-Felony, Criminal Impersonation 2nd -A-Misdemeanor, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th \u2014A Misdemeanor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Charles P. Stevens <\/strong>(age 37), <strong>Kenneth L. Drury<\/strong> (age 52), <strong>Shelby L. Fryer<\/strong> (age 30), <strong>Justine D. Wood<\/strong> (age 38), <strong>Michaela R. Bohn<\/strong> (age 25), <strong>Klarissa C. Price<\/strong> (age 47), <strong>Tiffany S. Fay<\/strong> (age 45), <strong>Steven R. Kimmel <\/strong>(age 55),<strong> Angela M. Samson<\/strong> (age 44), all of Batavia were all charged with Criminal Possession of Control Substance \u2014 A-Misdemeanor<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drury and Castner were held for CAP Arraignments. All Other parties were charged and released on<br>appearance tickets. They are to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 25th, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
