Edward J. White, 21, of Michigan St., Lockport, NY, is charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor, unlawful possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd after a traffic stop by the Local Drug enforcement Task Force in the City of Batavia on February 20, 2017.<\/p>\n
White was found to have a suspended license and was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana and some drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n
White was arraigned in City Court and bail was set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.<\/p>\n
Batavia Police Officers and Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force with the stop.<\/p>\n

Sergio A. Forte, 51, of Myrtle St., LeRoy, turned himself in at the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office on a Genesee County Bench warrant for the charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle 2nd.<\/p>\n
Forte was arraigned in Genesee County Court and held without bail.<\/p>\n
