The Genesee County Drug Task Force, comprised of Police Officers from the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Batavia Police Department, arrested a City of Buffalo man on September 3, 2025, as a result of a yearlong investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in Genesee County.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeffrey L. Howard Jr., AKA “Jimmy”, of Buffalo, NY, was taken into custody by Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies on a sealed indictment warrant out of Genesee County Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is alleged Howard, who is a known Bloods gang member from the City of Buffalo, sold a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Drug Task Force on multiple occasions.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeffrey L. Howard Jr. AKA “Jimmy”, 25, of Buffalo NY was charged with the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, a Class B-Felony (2Counts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, a Class B-Felony (2Counts)
    <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The Genesee County Drug Task Force was assisted by Buffalo Police Department, uniformed Deputies from the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    He was arraigned in Genesee County Court on September 5th, 2025, and bail was set at $2,500\/$5,000\/$10,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
