Stanton, 21, of Le Roy, NY, was arrested and charged with Trespass and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree. Stanton allegedly refused to leave UMMC after being discharged from the hospital. It\u2019s also alleged that he obstructed police when they attempted to take him into custody. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 8\/26\/2025, Gloria L. Peckham, 65, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree. Peckham was charged following an altercation where she allegedly spit on another person. She was issued an appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 8\/23\/2025, Stephen C. Lopez, 41, of Medina, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (intent to sell). Police were on scene at an address on South Main Street investigating a harassment complaint, where Lopez was the alleged suspect. While speaking with the caller, Lopez arrived on scene in a vehicle. After an investigation, Lopez was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was also allegedly found in possession of a large quantity of narcotics. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________ <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 8\/16\/2025, Tierance J. Davis, 38. of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree. Police were called to an address on Bank Street for the report of a domestic incident. When officers arrived on scene, they found Davis holding the victim in a chokehold. Davis allegedly struggled with Police when the attempted to separate him from the victim. Davis was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 8\/19\/2025, Lisa R. Richmond, 37, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on three arrest warrants. The warrants were issued after Richmond failed to appear in court on three separate criminal matters. She was taken to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 8\/13\/2025, Andrew J. Draper, 46, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on two Bench Warrants. The warrants were issued after Draper failed to appear in court on a Larceny charge and a DWI charge.
