SHE WAS CHARGED WITH:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 COUNT OF CRIMINAL SALE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE FIFTH DEGREE (CLASS D FELONY).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 COUNT OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE FIFTH DEGREE. (CLASS D FELONY).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 COUNT OF CRIMINAL NUISANCE IN THE FIRST DEGREE (CLASS E FELONY).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">THE FELONY CHARGES STEM FROM ONE OF NUMEROUS CONTROLLED BUYS CONDUCTED AT THE D-R SMOKE SHOP WHERE A CHOCOLATE BAR INFUSED WITH MUSHROOMS (PSILOCIN) WAS PURCHASED BY AN UNDERCOVER AGENT OF THE TASK FORCE. PSILOCIN IS A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE CLASSIFIED AS A HALLUCINOGEN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BOTH MOHAMMED A. AYASH AND BIANCA S.
