Bundy of Lake Street, LeRoy.<\/p>\n<p>Bundy is charged with one count each of burglary 2nd, a class C-felony and criminal mischief 4th, a class A-misdemeanor. It is alleged that during the disturbance, Bundy knowingly and unlawfully entered a residence with the intent of damaging property and damaged the property of another.<\/p>\n<p>Bundy was arraigned before the Hon. J.
