On 9\/5\/2025, Sarah P. Lytle, 42, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Menacing 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree. It\u2019s alleged that Lytle threatened another person with a knife during an altercation on Harvester Avenue. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 8\/31\/2025, Jarret J. Devault, 30, of Kent, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Devault was charged following a traffic stop on Union Street. He was issued several traffic tickets and is due in court on 9\/16\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/8\/2025, Daniel P. Conklin, 34, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested and charged with Stalking 4th degree and Harassment 2nd degree. Conklin allegedly harassed the victim by contacting them extensively after being told to stop. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/2\/2025, Gloria L Peckham, 65, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree. It\u2019s alleged that Peckham punched another person during an altercation on East Main Street. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 9\/16\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/4\/2025, Matthew C. Dargusch, 43, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd degree. It\u2019s alleged that Dargusch slashed the tires on his neighbor\u2019s car. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/7\/2025, Quentin I. Bloom, 27, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. Bloom allegedly stole merchandise from Kwik Fill. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/6\/2025, Sophia E. Laborde, 20, of Webster, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Laborde was charged following an investigation into a motor vehicle crash on Walnut Street. It\u2019s alleged that Laborde was intoxicated when she drove off the road, striking a utility pole and a building. She was issued several traffic tickets and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/4\/2025, Lindsey K. Speer, 19, of Hamilton, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Speer was charged after police responded to the parking lot of Quicklee\u2019s, where an employee reported that Speer had driven to the store and appeared to allegedly be intoxicated. Speer was issued traffic tickets and is due in court on 9\/23\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/5\/2025, Tonya M. Holman, 53, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree and Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree. It\u2019s alleged that Holman struck another person with a door and would not let them leave. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
