On 9\/9\/2025, Anthony A. Bomasuto, 31, of Batavia, NY was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd degree and Aggravated Family Offense. Bomasuto was arrested after allegedly being found with a person who has an order of protection against him. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/16\/2025, Ayden J. Mistretta, 18, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree. Mistretta allegedly struck another person in the face during an altercation on East Main Street. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 9\/30\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/9\/2025, Jason W. Alexander, 46, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny, Harassment 2nd degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree, and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Alexander allegedly stole items from Family Dollar and damaged or destroyed the items. Alexander allegedly fought with police and kicked and spit on them while they were taking him into custody. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 9\/23\/2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/16\/2025, Sarah A. Malone, 43, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree. It\u2019s alleged that Malone failed to pay for food from a restaurant on East Main Street. Malone then allegedly fought with police and attempted to flee when officers attempted to take her into custody. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 9\/23\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/12\/2025, Christopher A. Burek, 33, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Assault 3rd degree and Criminal Mischief 4th degree. Burek allegedly caused injury to another person and damaged property during an altercation on Otis St. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/12\/2025, Glenn H. Quintern, 66, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant. Quintern was initially charged in June of 2025 with multiple charges related to an incident where he fled from police on an e-bike. The warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court. Quintern was arraigned in CAP Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/8\/2025, Tyler C. McMurray, 41, of Jamestown, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. McMurray was charged following a traffic stop on Verona Avenue, where he was allegedly found in possession of crack cocaine. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/14\/2025, Tyler A. Stoddard, 30, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd degree. Stoddard was charged after allegedly having contact with a person who has an order of protection against him. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 9\/30\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/10\/2025, Elizabeth M. Grattan, 35, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. Grattan allegedly stole prescription medication from another person. Grattan was arraigned in CAP Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
