Appearing in City Housing Court in front of Judge Durin Rogers on Monday afternoon, Micheal Cole, the attorney for the Harvester Center LLC principal owners William Golden and John Wachter, managing partners of Amerinac Holding LLC, provided an update on the ongoing demolition process at 56 Harvester Avenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cole told the court that as of September 18th, 2025, the following building have been demolished, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 21, the elevator and sky bridge. Building 13 is nearly finished and building 20 has been started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Next is site cleanup and debris removal which will be done by the end of this month,” Cole says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Demolition started on the buildings over the summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
