Hattaway, 38, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. It\u2019s alleged that Hattaway stole merchandise from Aldi. She was released on an appearance ticket and is due in court on 10\/7\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 9\/24\/2025, Hattaway was again arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. This time it\u2019s alleged that she stole a bicycle from a residence on East Main Street. She was issued another appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 9\/23\/2025, Timmy L. Taylor Jr., 29, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd degree. It\u2019s alleged that Taylor violated an order of protection by being with the protected person. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 9\/19\/2025, Scott A. Berardi, 33, of Brockport, NY, was arrested and charged with Eavesdropping and Possession of Eavesdropping Devices. It\u2019s alleged that Berardi placed a hidden recording device inside a business on Ellicott Street. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court on 10\/7\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 9\/16\/2025, Cassandra A. Monteleone, 36, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. It\u2019s alleged that Monteleone allowed a 16-year-old to smoke THC. Monteleone was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 9\/23\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 9\/16\/2025, Jason W. Alexander, 47, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass 2nd degree. Alexander allegedly entered an unlocked residence on Prospect Avenue without permission. He was arraigned and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 9\/20\/2025, Brianna R. Liles, 26, of Byron, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Liles was arrested following a traffic stop on East Main Street. She was issued several traffic tickets and is due in court on 10\/7\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 9\/19\/2025, Elijah A. Davis, 24, of Inkster, MI, was arrested on a bench warrant. Davis was initially charged with Grand Larceny 3rd degree and Conspiracy 5th degree in November of 2023, after running a gift card scam at Speedway. The warrant was issued when he failed to appear in court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 9\/18\/2025, Nicholas J. Mruczek, 42, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree. Mruczek allegedly slapped another person during an altercation on Ellicott Place. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On 9\/21\/2025, Christopher A. Sewar, 38, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. It\u2019s alleged that Sewar stole merchandise from Dollar General on two separate occasions. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. The following day, Sewar was again arrested for Petit Larceny. It\u2019s alleged that he stole merchandise from Kwik Fill. He was issued another appearance ticket and released.
