Claffey, accusing him of the crime of driving while ability impaired by drugs, a class E felony.<\/p>\n<p>On June 18, 2018, Claffey was operating a 2016 Chevy on Rt. 33 in Stafford while his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired\u00a0 by the use of a drug.<\/p>\n<p>Claffey was previously convicted of DWI as a misdemeanor on July 28, 2008 in the Town of Irondequoit, the conviction was within ten years previous to the commission of the above alleged crime in the indictment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Antonio J. Goodson has been indicted and accused of the crime of criminal contempt 1st degree, a class E felony.<\/p>\n<p>On August 22, 2018,\u00a0 Goodson intentionally violated a duly served order of protection in the City of Batavia, which required him to stay away from a female, the protected party.<\/p>\n<p>Goodson was convicted of criminal contempt 2nd on January 19, 2018 in City Court for a violation of a stay away family offense order of protection and the conviction was within five years previous to the commission of the alleged crime in the indictment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Thomas J.
