Demmer, 23, of Towne Pl., Alabama, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, unsafe backing of a vehicle and unlawful possession of a marijuana after a deputies responded to the 7-Eleven store on Main street in Oakfield, for a two car property damage accident on November 16, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Demmer allegedly operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol and was involved in a motor vehicle accident.<\/p>\n<p>He was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Oakfield Town Court on December 17, 2018 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cassandara J. Barto, 22, of Dodgeson Rd., Alexander, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and driver&#8217;s view obstructed after a traffic stop on November 18, 2018 on Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive<\/p>\n<p>Barto was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on December 17, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anthony J.
