On 9\/27\/2025, Anthony L. Webb, 37, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th degree. Webb was charged following a traffic stop on East Main Street, where he was allegedly found in possession of a stolen license plate and forged registration documents. He was arraigned in CAP Court. <\/p>\n\n\n

On 9\/28\/2025, Cylie R. Gebo, 28, of Palmyra, NY, was arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd degree, Criminal Mischief 3rd degree, and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree. Gebo allegedly refused to leave an apartment on East Main Street and locked the tenant out. She then proceeded to damage property inside the apartment, while continuously calling 911 for no legitimate reason. She was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/24\/2025, Cylie R Gebo, 28, of Palmyra, NY, was arrested and charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence. It\u2019s alleged that Gebo attempted to destroy evidence during a traffic stop on West Main Street. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 10\/7\/2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/30\/2025, Loretta L. Baer, 54, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. Baer was charged following an investigation into an incident on 8\/29\/2025, where she was allegedly found in possession of cocaine and fentanyl during an unrelated arrest. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 10\/7\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/29\/2025, John W. Biaselli, 56, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on two bench warrants. The warrants are related to two separate drug possession arrests. Biaselli was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/29\/2025, Elizabeth M. Grattan, 35, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant. The warrant is related to an incident where Grattan allegedly stole prescription pills from another person. She was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/29\/2025, Jessica L. Culver, 36, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant for Petit Larceny. It\u2019s alleged that on 3\/19\/2025, Culver stole merchandise from Family Dollar. She was arrested and issued an appearance ticket. The warrant was issued after she failed to appear in court. Culver was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/26\/2025, Marvin L. Crout, 38, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. It\u2019s alleged that Crout stole merchandise from Plaza Spirits on East Main Street. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 10\/7\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/25\/2025, Jonathan C. Perrine, 43, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th degree and Petit Larceny. It\u2019s alleged that Perrine stole a debit card and used it to withdraw cash. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 9\/30\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/24\/2025, Matthew L. McHugh, 43, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.\u00a0 It\u2019s alleged that while in Batavia City Court, McHugh began yelling profanities and making threats toward the presiding judge. While being taken into custody, McHugh allegedly resisted arrest. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 9\/30\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/19\/2025, Hunter J. Woodrich, 25, of Rochester, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. Woodrich was allegedly found in possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop on 5\/20\/2025 on River Street. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/26\/2025, Nancy E. Rumble, 45, of Elba, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Rumble was arrested following a citizen complaint of an erratic driver on Oak Street. Officers located the vehicle and stopped it on Ellicott Street, where Rumble was allegedly found to be intoxicated. She was issued several traffic tickets and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
