{"id":68951,"date":"2025-10-09T10:09:52","date_gmt":"2025-10-09T14:09:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/videonewsservice.net\/?p=68951"},"modified":"2025-10-09T10:09:52","modified_gmt":"2025-10-09T14:09:52","slug":"genesee-county-early-voting-information-and-deadlines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/videonewsservice.net\/index.php\/2025\/10\/09\/genesee-county-early-voting-information-and-deadlines\/","title":{"rendered":"GENESEE COUNTY\/Early voting information and deadlines"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Press release<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">General Election \u2013 November 4, 2025<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Genesee County Board of Elections announces the Early Voting schedule and key deadlines for the<br>upcoming General Election.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Early Voting<\/strong><br>Early Voting will be available for 9 days, beginning October 25 through November 2, at the ARC<br>Community Center, 38 Woodrow Rd., Batavia, NY 14020.<br>The schedule is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Saturday, Oct. 25: 9:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sunday, Oct. 26: 9:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monday, Oct. 27: 9:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tuesday, Oct. 28: 12:00 PM \u2013 8:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wednesday, Oct. 29: 12:00 PM \u2013 8:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thursday, Oct. 30: 9:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Friday, Oct. 31: 9:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saturday, Nov. 1: 9:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sunday, Nov. 2: 9:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM<br>All poll sites and the Early Voting site are accessible.<br>Voters can check their poll site by visiting the New York State Voter Lookup <a href=\"https:\/\/voterlookup.elections.ny.gov\/\">Voter Search Screen for VoterLookUp<\/a> or by calling the Genesee<br>County Board of Elections at (585) 815-7804.<br><strong>Absentee Ballot Information<\/strong><br>To request an absentee ballot, contact the Genesee County Board of Elections or use the New York State Absentee Ballot Portal. <a href=\"https:\/\/elections.ny.gov\/request-ballot\">Request a Ballot | New York State Board of Elections<\/a><br>Key absentee ballot deadlines:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>October 25: Last day for the Board of Elections to receive an absentee ballot application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>November 3: Last day to apply in person for an absentee ballot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>November 4: Last day to postmark a ballot (must be received by November 12).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>November 4: Ballots must be received at the poll site or Board of Elections by 9:00 PM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>November 17: Military\/Special Federal absentee ballots must be received by this date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Voter Registration Deadlines<\/strong><br>Applications must be received by the Board of Elections no later than October 25, 2025, to be eligible to<br>vote in the General Election.<br><strong>In-Person Registration<\/strong>:<br>Voters may register at the Genesee County Board of Elections or any participating state agency under<br>the National Voter Registration Act on any business day.
