Megan T. Forder, 28, of Junction Road, Pavilion, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree\/physical injury to a police officer, menacing 2nd degree\/weapon, stalking 2nd degree\/display\/possess and threaten to use a weapon, and resisting arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Forder was arrested after an incident that occurred on October 1, 2025. Forder was arrested on an unrelated arrest warrant while allegedly in commission of the crime of stalking while allegedly in possession of a knife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Forder resisted arrest and when taken into custody and then caused injury to a deputy. Forder was held pending arraignment in CAP Court 10\/5\/25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fotiathis was arraigned in CAP Court on October 10th, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ivan M. Borgyan, 32, no address provided, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with sex offender registry violation\/prior offense, after allegedly failing to report a change of address within 10 days as a registered sex offender on July 25, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
