On November 18, 2018, at about 9:46a.m., the Perry Police Department was investigating a domestic incident on Borden Ave.<\/p>\n
It is alleged that during the investigation, Joseph Spring, 23,\u00a0 got into a physical altercation with an Officer inside the residence.<\/p>\n
Spring was arrested for attempted assault 2nd and obstruction of governmental administration 2nd.<\/p>\n
Spring was arraigned in the Village of Warsaw Court in front of Judge Blythe. Judge Blythe remanded Spring to the Wyoming County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond. He is due to appear in the Village of Perry Court in December of 2018.<\/p>\n
