On 10\/13\/2025, Salvatore Dellapenna, 57, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny 4th degree. It\u2019s alleged that Dellapenna stole an iPhone out of another person\u2019s shopping cart at Tops. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 10\/7\/2025, Tierrance J. Davis, 38, of Batavia, NY was arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd degree and Criminal Contempt 1st degree. It\u2019s alleged that Davis was inside a residence in violation of an order of protection. He was also arrested on an unrelated Bench Warrant. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 10\/2\/2025, Nickol R. Burnett, 34, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a warrant. The warrant was issued when Burnett failed to appear in court after being issued a misdemeanor traffic ticket in July. She was arraigned and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 10\/9\/2025, Jessica R. Radka, 39, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on an Arrest Warrant for Petit Larceny. Radka allegedly stole merchandise from Quicklee\u2019s on Oak St on 9\/22\/2025. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
