According to District Attorney Donald O’Geen, As part of a global resolution,\u00a0 Courtney Hoffman was granted an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal for 6 months due to the fact that she has surrendered her NYS Day Care License.<\/p>\n
While adjourned, Hoffman must abstain from violating the law, with the exception of minor traffic violations.<\/p>\n
