Johnson was arrested after he left Pawn King in the City of Batavia. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He will appear in Batavia Town Court on November 25, 2025 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shaquan A. Dixon, 29, of Ossining, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operator 2nd degree, improper plates and criminal mischief 4th degree, following an investigation into a criminal mischief complaint that occurred in the Village of Oakfield on October 23, 2025 at 7:27p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dixon allegedly damaged the property of another by allegedly slashing a tire on a motor vehicle with a knife while also having his motor vehicle operation privileges suspended and operating a vehicle bearing swapped plates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dixon was transported to the Genesee County Jail for further proceedings and was held for a CAP Court arraignment on October 24, 2025 at 9:00a.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputies say Scott was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol and it was unsafe for him to operate a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Scott was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 20, 2025 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputies say Kennedy was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kennedy was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Oakfield Town Court on November 17, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
