Esposito, 31, of North St. Rd., LeRoy is charged with criminal mischief 3rd, menacing and harassment 2nd after a fight in the parking lot of Wal-mart on February 24, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Esposito allegedly intentionally damaged the property of another person exceeding $250.00.<\/p>\n<p>He also allegedly then struck the owner of the vehicle that was damaged with a closed fist, placing a female passenger in fear of physical injury during the incident.<\/p>\n<p>Esposito was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on his own recognizance and will re-appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 27, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Douglas E. Artman Jr., 26, of Alleghany Rd., Darien, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speed in excess of 55 mph after a traffic stop on Alleghany road in Darien on February 23, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Artman Jr. was allegedly found to be in possession of a marijuana smoking pipe containing marijuana.<\/p>\n<p>He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on March 21, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nicholas A.
