Elizabeth Colantonio was all smiles after her ride to school in a fire truck on Monday morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Firefighters say Elizabeth was very talkative during her ride in Ladder 15. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“She said it was so exciting that she won the contest. She knew she was a good colorer, but she didn’t know she was that good,” Firefighter Flanagan explained. “She says she usually likes to just draw stuff like foxes which is her favorite animal.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flanagan says they also talked about all the cabinet space on Ladder 15, which Elizabeth thought was a good place to hide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elizabeth was a first-place winner in the City of Batavia Fire Department Fire Prevention Coloring Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
