Isaiah P. Petty, 21, of Van Schoick Ave., Albany, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway following a traffic stop in the City of Batavia on East Main street on November 24, 2018.<\/p>\n
Petty was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City of Batavia Court on December 18, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n
