The teen was arraigned in Bergen Town Court and an order of protection was issued.<\/p>\n
He will return to court on December 12, 2018 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Joseph M. Smith, 42, of Colonial Lane, Bath, NY, is charged with bail jumping 3rd after failing to appear for a scheduled court appearance in the Town of Batavia Court on June 11, 2018.<\/p>\n
Smith was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 bail.<\/p>\n

Sara R. Tombari, 21, of Roanoke Rd., Pavilion, is charged with bail jumping 3rd after failing to appear for a scheduled court appearance on October 23, 2018 in City Court.<\/p>\n
Tombari was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $2,500 bail.<\/p>\n
