Deputies responded to an address on Northwoods Road in the Town of Arcade on November 24, 2018 for a 15 year old juvenile that had allegedly stolen his parent\u2019s credit card. The 15 year old had allegedly stolen the credit card and impersonated his mother over the phone to pay for his cell phone bill. Per the parents, the 15 year old was issued appearance tickets for petit larceny, identity theft and unlawful possess of personal ID. The 15 year old is due to appear at Wyoming County Probation for further action.<\/p>\n

Bernard Clateaux, 39, of Bliss, was arrested following a traffic stop on November 24, 2018 on Rt. 78 in the Town of Java. Clateaux was stopped for traffic infractions and failed field sobriety tests. He is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of 0.08% or more, failure to use turn signal, inadequate plate lamp, and unlawful possession of marijuana. Clateaux was released to a sober third party. and is to appear in the Town of Java Court on December 5, 2018.<\/p>\n

Daniel G. Streeter, 65, of Perry, was issued traffic citations following a property damage accident on Silver Lake Road in the Town of Perry on November 24, 2018. Streeter was operating his vehicle southbound on Silver Lake Road when he failed to negotiate a left curve in the roadway, drove off the roadway and into a field. Streeter\u2019s vehicle ran over a roadway marker sign post, and it then became stuck in the field.
\nThe Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office responded to the accident and found nobody around the vehicle. The vehicle was towed from the scene by Ott\u2019s Collision.
\nOn November 26, 2018, Streeter presented at the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office at which time he was issued traffic tickets for speed not reasonable and prudent, moving from a lane unsafely and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Streeter is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Perry Court on December 12, 2018.<\/p>\n

Deputy Nowak and Deputy Sampson responded to the area of 2250 Route 246 in the Town of Perry for a two vehicle accident with injury on November 23, 2018. Tedor M. Zebryk, 71, of Perry, was traveling north bound on Route 246 when he attempted a left turn into his driveway off of Route 246 in the Town of Perry. Zebryk stated that he did not see the vehicle traveling south bound on\u00a0 Route 246 and the vehicles collided.<\/p>\n
The second vehicle was located approximately 20 feet off the west shoulder of\u00a0 Route 246. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Joseph Rebisz Jr., he complained of neck pain and was transported by Perry Ambulance to Wyoming County Community Hospital.
\nZebryk was issued a uniform traffic tickets for failure to yield the right of way.<\/p>\n
