A limited number of devices are available and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>To qualify, participants must be:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>18 years or older and meet one of the following criteria:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receive support from the Department of Social Services (DSS), or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a valid, non-expired Medicaid card or award letter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Applicants must also bring one of the following forms of identification:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A valid NYS ID, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A benefit card with a photo, printed within the last five years, accompanied by a piece of mail that verifies their current address dated within the past year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As an additional service, GenMobile will also help eligible residents access a 10% discount on their electric bills through National Grid or NYSEG.
