Jacob W. Patterson, 29, of East Main Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree\/police officer and resisting arrest, after an incident on East Main Street in Batavia on November 25, 2025, at 9:21p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While deputies were attempting to arrest Patterson on an active bench warrant, issued by Genesee County Court, Patterson allegedly resisted arrest and caused physical injury to a deputy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Patterson was held pending arraignment in CAP Court on November 26, 2025 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dylan J. Kipfer, 23, of Dunbar Road, Attica, NY, is charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd degree, reckless driving, failed to yield the right of way to an emergency vehicle, a speed violation\/exceeding 55MPH and failure to stop at a stop sign, after a pursuit on Rt. 98 in the Town of Alexander on November 24, 2025 at 7:21p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kipfer allegedly led deputies on a pursuit and failed to yield to an emergency vehicle and numerous other vehicles. He was issued an appearance ticket for all his charges and was released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kipfer is to appear in Alexander Town Court on December 9th, 2025, at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cummings Jr., 26, of Luella Street, Rochester, NY, is charged with obstructing governmental administration 2nd degree, resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle without stop lamps, unregistered motor vehicle and operating without insurance, after a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in Pembroke on November 26, 2025 at 8:22p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cummings allegedly refused to exit a motor vehicle which was being towed for not having current insurance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cummings Jr. was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on December 10, 2025, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allis was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on appearance tickets. Allis will appear in Batavia City Court on December 9, 2025, at 9:30a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputies say Hutt was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hutt was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 6, 2026, at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputies say Massey license was suspended and Massey was allegedly in possession of cocaine following a traffic stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Massey was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia Town Court on December 2, 2025 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baudanza was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Alexander Town Court on December 9, 2025 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
