Diers, 42, of Elba, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree, a class E felony, and petit larceny after an investigation on Federal Drive in the Town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diers was arrested on December 16, 2025 after allegedly stealing property from Koolatron on December 1, 2025 and then also allegedly stealing property from Showcase in Batavia, NY on October 16, 2025 at 3:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diers was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on December 16th and held in the Genesee County Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ashlee M. Keffer, 30, of Elba, NY, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd degree after allegedly making threats to a person in a manner likely to cause annoyance or alarm on December 16, 2025 at 3:26p.m. in the Town of Elba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keffer was arrested on December 17, 2025 and held for CAP Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anthony M. Ilacqua, 33, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and crossing divider\/limited access to highway, after allegedly driving while intoxicated on December 1, 2025 while on his way to work on Rt. 63 in Batavia at 6:55a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ilacqua was arraigned in Batavia City Court due to a refusal to submit to a chemical test and his license was temporarily suspended. He is to appear in Batavia City Court on December 16, 2025 at 2:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emoni M. Massey, 28, of Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, aggravated unlicensed operator 3rd degree, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and illegal U-Turn and other vehicle and traffic violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Massey&#8217;s license was allegedly suspended, and Massey was allegedly in possession of cocaine following the traffic stop on Park Road in Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Massey was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia Town Court on December 2, 2025 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Matthew I.
