On 12\/2\/2025, Edward J. White, 30, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree. White was arrested following a traffic stop on Ellicott Street conducted by an officer from the Batavia Police Department\u2019s NET Unit. During the course of the stop, BPD\u2019s K9 was called to the scene. After a positive K9 alert on the vehicle, officers attempted to detain White. White then fled from officers, leading them on a foot chase. He was eventually located and taken into custody in the parking lot of Tim Horton\u2019s on Main Street, where he was allegedly found to be in possession of a loaded handgun. Inside the vehicle, officers located a large quantity of narcotics. White was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail. <\/p>\n\n\n

On 12\/4\/2025, Cameron J. Sokolowski, 33, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration, and Resisting Arrest. Sokolowski was charged after officers attempted to arrest him on an outstanding warrant. Sokolowski attempted to run into a residence on Dellinger Avenue and allegedly slammed the door in an officer\u2019s face, causing the officer\u2019s arms to go through the glass window of the door. The officer sustained several cuts to his hands. Sokolowski was successfully taken into custody and arraigned in Batavia City Court. He was remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 12\/7\/2025, Carrie R Rasnake, 29, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Rasnake was charged following a traffic stop on Ellicott Street. She was issued several traffic tickets and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 12\/6\/2025, Sarah A. Malone, 43, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on three warrants. The first warrant is related to an incident where she allegedly engaged in a physical fight with another person on Raymond Avenue. The second warrant is from an incident where she allegedly failed to pay for food from a restaurant on East Main Street. The third warrant is related to an incident where she allegedly stole a car. She was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 12\/2\/2025, Elizabeth A. Lindner, 39, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Trespass. Lindner was allegedly found on the property at Speedway after having previously been trespassed. She was issued an appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 11\/27\/2025, Anibal R. Calcuuc, 24, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Calcuuc was charged after allegedly crashing a vehicle into a house on Willow Street. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 12\/7\/2025, Sandra L. Marsceill, 54, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. Marsceill allegedly stole merchandise from Speedway. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 12\/5\/2025, Brian M. Raphael, 37, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. The warrant is related to an incident in May where Raphael was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 12\/6\/2025, Jack M. Fox-Salah, 28, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th degree and Criminal Trespass. Fox-Salah allegedly damaged the lock on a door and entered a residence on Ellicott Street. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 12\/9\/2025, Candice M. Fiegl, 32, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Fiegl was allegedly found to be severely intoxicated while taking care of several children. She was issued an appearance ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 12\/6\/2025, Victor Figueroa, 61, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with DWI. Figueroa was charged following a traffic stop on Jefferson Avenue. He was issued several traffic tickets and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 12\/8\/2025, Kelly R. Seeler, 53, of Alden, NY, was arrested on a warrant. The warrant is related to an incident in January where Seeler was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. Seeler was arraigned in Batavia City Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
